Refund policy

At DriveGadget.in, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described or shipped.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Damage caused after use

2. Return Request Process

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours (2 Days) of delivery to report any damage or defect.
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the defect
  3. Provide your order number and registered contact details

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval. In certain cases, return shipping charges may apply.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Reverse shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


5. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and issue type.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are not defective
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products returned without prior approval

8. Important Notes

  • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection

9. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Partial COD orders, the ₹99 advance payment is non-refundable once the order is processed and shipped, as it covers courier booking charges.
