1. Free Shipping
  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India
  • All product prices on DriveGadget.in are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout
1.1 Partial COD

We offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customer convenience.
  • A minimum advance payment of ₹99 is required to confirm your order.
  • An additional ₹40 COD handling charge will be applicable on delivery.
  • The remaining order amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
Important:

In case of refusal or non-acceptance of a confirmed COD order, the ₹99 advance payment will be retained to cover courier booking and return handling charges.

The advance amount is used to cover forward shipping, courier processing, and return logistics costs.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are dispatched on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on:

  3. Local logistics conditions
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
In case of re-shipment due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
